While sightseeing in Southport during some unusually warm weather this past week, we decided to try this spot for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised with their healthy menu options. Our salads were delicious and we enjoyed eating there. Many locals were eating there and everyone was friendly. Bonus points were local artists work on display and for sale. We look forward to eating there again this Spring!

One of the best places to get fresh food. I spent Memorial wkend with family in Southport & a couple of restaurant disappointed. So while walking about we stopped into Moore Street Market and we ordered sandwiches which come with a bag of chips or piece of fruit. We both ordered the Hipster which was vegetarian, Hummus and spinach. We each ordered different wraps. There was plain, red pepper, and cucumber. I also ordered a fresh lemonade with a great slab of lemon which I added to my water bottle for the rest of the walk about. We sat inside, which is a typical small eatery place, rather cramped, but it was fine, clean, and colorful. The food was so fresh and tasty and all the staff was so friendly. I was using my wheelchair and they showed me where a ramp at the side was, to make entering easier. Very nice place! Thanks Moore Street Market!

One of the most charming, homey places I've ever been. Atmosphere is like visiting an elderly relative, and the staff is so friendly. Food was good, loved the dark roast coffee.

Been to Southport several times and this is the best lunch I have had. Very nice owners and kid friendly. Even though we were there for lunch I had to try the coffee and it is good enough to claim best in Southport.

This was a great place to grab a bite to eat. Coffee was good but the highlight for me was the Gobbler. A turkey with cream cheese on an everything bagel. Very very good. Staff is super nice and the location is perfectly located down near the water and several local shops.

The owners and staff are truly what makes this the best little shop in Southport.. It feels like an extension of home.. They just happen to make java and food better than you..

not only does this establishment serve some awesome food, they have the most patient and best customer service I've seen! I must have called (from over an hour away) 4 times asking about some t shirts and they were so friendly and helpful! the shirts were the topic of Christmas! thank you guys for being so patient with my repeated phone calls!

This is a very cozy place where the food is especially good and the staff is friendly and inviting. The Reuben was amazing and the big BLT with smoked gouda was equally as delicious. They did forget the smoked gouda but quickly provided us with several delicious slices. They have a great selection of coffee as well as breakfast items that would put most other menus to shame. This type of place is what I think of when referring to local businesses, a refreshing environment to enjoy a nice meal in comparison to more commercialized establishments. Love this place.

Really friendly staff; good food and coffee. Plus you can enjoy a moderately priced craft beer in the shady garden.

Great food at reasonable prices. Try the Hannah's Reuben or the Victoria. Both excellent. Sit on the porch and watch people while you eat. Very interesting spot. Good service.

Wonderful place....Super friendly staff, beautiful courtyard. Had the chicken salad sandwich and it was WONDERFUL, just like my grandma makes. Adorable interior as well. Good menu as well. Good options for everyone.

Had the victori-o and the robin-o bagels with 16oz coffee's. . Great breakfast!! Very nice staff. Service was quick and very polite.

Enjoyed their famous Sweet Daddy chicken salad sandwich on a warm bun sitting on the front porch on a sunny day. They are also known for their coffee. A warm and inviting spot in Southport.

Went for Music and Mimosas a few weekends ago... it was such a nice little treat! They’ve re-done “The Yard” and it looks great! I did not have a mimosa because I don’t drink, but I did have a Turkey Reuben and it was awesome! I believe it’s called the “Madison Reuben” or something. They are definitely not skimpy on their sandwiches, which I love! I highly recommend grabbing lunch or coffee at this place if you’re in Downtown Southport!

Yikes. What ever happened to southern charm? Service was not friendly and they got our sandwich order wrong. I didn't want to deal with the rude lady working the front counter again so we didn't ask to get it fixed. I think there are probably better quality, friendlier places to eat in Southport so we will not return.

We discovered this place on a rainy day. We were purchasing coffee (good) at the take-out window when the deluge started, and the staff invited us in. The upstairs is perfectly set up for CDC Covid compliance, with adorable individual rooms for diners. We ordered Ruebens (yummy!) and sat in our own little room with so much character and charm that we laughed about moving so we could come here again.Food: YummyService: FantasticAtmosphere: Wow!! Like, a perfect first date, or you could get engaged here, or enjoy a coffee with your spouse of 30 years.
